SHIPPING POLICY
South Texas Arms ships in-stock inventory within 3 business days of paid order receipt. Pre-orders are shipped within 3 days of our processing inbound inventory and subsequent to full payment being received by South Texas Arms. Custom ordered items are considered pre-ordered once 50% deposit has been secured. Shipping will commence upon full payment being received by South Texas Arms, and a valid federal firearms license has been received, if the item is to be shipped. Local pick up is available for all pre-orders and customer ordered items.
Our primary objective is getting you the correct item(s) in new undamaged condition. To achieve this objective we prepare shipments carefully rather than as fast as possible. We sell the finest products, handle them carefully, and pack and ship them accordingly.
Once transferred to the shipping carrier, Carrier policies control the delivery, damage claim, delay and related matters. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with the Carrier and method they choose. By default, South Texas Arms utilizes UPS Ground.
RETURNS POLICY
South Texas Arms desires their customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Any products sold by South Texas Arms, except firearms or custom orders, may be returned within 10 days of purchase or shipping by South Texas Arms subject to the following conditions:
Customer must contact South Texas Arms and obtain a return authorization prior to shipping; Any item returned without authorization will be subject to a 30% restocking fee; The product must be in the original manufacturer packaging and in new undamaged and unblemished condition; Any worn, damaged or used items will not be issued a refund or credit; South Texas Arms does not pay shipping on return items unless agreed to by South Texas Arms; After receipt and inspection by South Texas Arms, South Texas Arms will issue the appropriate credit for return, which will not include shipping costs.
Firearms may not be returned. Most firearms sold by South Texas Arms are custom and configured for the customer. All firearms sold are subject to the manufacturer warranty.
South Texas Arms may sell products it does not manufacture themselves. In these instances, if there is a defective item, we will presume that all Manufacturer warranties protect these products we sell; we will provide all supports and documentation of said sale to assist with the warranty process with these manufacturers. South Texas Arms makes no warranty regarding these products. Warranty claims will be directed to the appropriate manufacturer.
Pre-Orders/Back-Orders are orders placed with South Texas Arms for products normally stocked by South Texas Arms, before South Texas Arms receives the merchandise. These orders may be cancelled at the customer’s option prior to being shipped by South Texas Arms. Any deposit paid to South Texas Arms will be refunded on cancelled Pre-Orders/Backorders. Once they are shipped, normal Returns Policy applies.
Custom Orders for merchandise or firearms not normally stocked by South Texas Arms may be cancelled, however, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. After the custom ordered merchandise is received by South Texas Arms and invoiced to the customer, if the customer fails to pay the remaining balance within 21 days of invoicing the customer forfeits the deposit at the option of South Texas Arms.
